Three words. Nike Training Club . I love this app. It is free, it has lots of options and plans. It helps me get through the workouts I don't like--but that my body needs to be able to do new and harder things. I started with trying random workouts. This coming week my goal is to use the app for the runners cool-down after each run. I have been only able to fit in 2 runs per week. My goal this week is 3 runs. One 4 - 4.5 miler, the other 2 at least 3 miles. this runner cool-down takes 9 minutes to complete.

In all my years of life, seasons have come and gone, but outrunning average has always motivated decisions--in good ways, and more complicated ways--it has shaped who I have become, what I still struggle to let go of, and pushes me to experiment and try new things, and helps me let go what doesn't work.
